UNFILTERED APOLOGETICS VOLUME 1
We live in a sound-bite society and our attention span has gotten shorter and shorter. With the excess of information coming at us from every direction, most of us just want to know the information we want in as short a period of time as possible.
A Guy in the Pews, Unfiltered Apologetics, Volume 1, is written in short, bite-size explanations to questions about the Christian and Catholic Faith. Answers to questions such as, "Why does God allow bad things to happen?" Or perhaps the question in most Catholic's mind today is, "Should the Church deny communion to those who believe and endorse abortion?" What about Transubstantiation? How is that possible? And if you have a tattoo on your body you may want to read page 36.
But how do you answer questions and doctrines that are so sensitive and personal in just a few minute? Hopefully, answers have been provided that leads the reader into a deeper understanding of the Christian Faith.
We don't need to memorize chapter and verse of Scriptures references to answer these questions, but we should be able to have, at least, a basic understanding of our faith. Many of these answers are full of facts and quotes from the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Others read more like a story or parable.
This book helps you know your Faith so you can defend it!

A MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHOR
"When I teach RCIA classes to candidates, the biggest question I get is why?: says Albert. "In fact, the new generation of Catholics wants to know the history and the background of our faith. They want to know why Catholic say and do the things we say." A Guy in the Pews - Unfiltered Apologetics, sparks in young adults the same thrill of discovery that I feel while exploring the mysteries of the Catholic Faith."
