Be Here Now

One day, you may find yourself experiencing something for the last time without even realizing it at that moment. It could be the last time you embrace your mom or dad. Perhaps it’s your final late-night drive with your best friend. Sharing laughter and secrets before life leads you down different paths. You might enjoy a last meal at your beloved restaurant just before it closes its doors for good. And there will be moments when you laugh until tears stream down your face with friends who may soon become memories. In those ordinary days, life may feel routine and unremarkable, though they hold such profound significance.

So, as you navigate your daily life, remember to truly be present, cherishing these moments in the light of God’s love. These seemingly ordinary moments are treasures we often appreciate only after they’ve passed. Starting today, take a moment to share God’s love with everyone you encounter. Pause, take a breath, and trust in God to guide your wonderfully blessed life.

My wife Dee and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous New Year! May God bless you and your family.
